Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges As a curation studio, we inspect every object prior to shipment to ensure it meets our standards.

Damages: If your object arrives damaged, please email info@dese.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box and the item. We will arrange a replacement immediately.

Returns: We accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Objects must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Restocking fee may apply.
